Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nestify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you need parental consent to use Nestify. Parents are responsible for their children's use of the app.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nestify for personal, family use. You can't sell, modify, or distribute the app or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.

User Accounts & Responsibility

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activity that happens under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Nestify for illegal activities or to harm others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Nestify and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (calendars, lists, recipes), but grant us permission to store and sync it to provide our services.

Subscriptions & Billing

If we offer paid features in the future, billing will be handled through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to the app store's policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nestify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, secure, or always available. We're not responsible for any data loss, though we work hard to prevent it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nestify. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Nestify or violation of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using Nestify anytime by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, but these terms continue to apply to past use.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court matters. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Nestify after changes means you accept the new terms.
